- Applications are received by us for the job role and we we send them to you, to decide which applicants you wish to meet.
- You decide if you want to engage a self-employed PA; OR a PA who is employed by their own micro-company so that you will cotract with the PAs' company, and not directly with the PA; or you can choose to become an employer. ,
- Choose your PA:: You can speak with or interview potential PAs before deciding who you want to engage..
- You tell us when the vacancy has been filled and we will let the other appplicants know that the job is taken..
- Start Care: Once you’ve chosen a PA, you make all contracting arrangements, agree costs and decide when they begin providing support in the comfort of home.

Care services
Personal Assistants may need specific training to offer some care services such as Medication Awareness, Dementia patient assistance, and personal grooming. Personal care provision by a PA is restricted to non-regulated activities as determined by the CQC (Care Quality Commission) however, some services for PAs who are directly employed by the person they care for may include areas of personal care that would otherwise be regulated care.
