A client will often want to 'check you out' and will seek proof of Safeguarding DBS check, training that has been undertaken and references from clients. Our clever QR link allows you to write a short description about yourself. We then add confirmation that we have seen and reviewed your DBS, Insurances, training certificates and references have been checked and verified.
How do I use a QR code?
We create for you a simple plain card with your name on it and a QR pattern code. You give the client the code to scan with their phone camera and it will take them to a secure GDBR compliant area in our administration files where they will see a one page confirmation of who you are, what we have checked and verified, and any statement or information you have agreed with us you would like added. That way your client can verify in moments that you are a bona fide Network Member who has been fully background checked and is safe for the client to engage with confidence.
Do I have to fill in any forms?
No, this all part of our background checking service . If you want to add your own paragraph or statement of who you are and why you do your job we are happy to accommodate. We will have all the other information on file from your original application or in your annual update. Just fill in the request contact below.
