PAs may be asked by a client if they have a policy for something. So although it is always best to be prepared it is not always very practical as policies need to be constantly updated to comply with legislation.
We have made policies available for everything we think a PA may need.
However, if they require something that is not on the list they can contact the office and we will refer it to our legal team.
With Personal Assistants UK, all policies are kept up to date. If a PA needs a policy they let us know what it is and we provide one for them to download a PDF version with a time stamp on it. That is to show on what date the policy was last revised by us. We will always advise when a policy is updated but it is the PAs responsibility to make sure that they update any policies they have handed to a client.
We will only provide policies relevant to the employment status that a PA has registered with us. Please note that policies are constantly changing and therefore we do not issue policy books that will soon go out of date. We will provide such policy documents as are required on a specific date and will advise members when a policy document has been updated.

Request will be dealt with during office hours. Requests outside of those times will be reviewed on the next working day
