Action for people CIC are the providers of Personal Assistants at Home . This new scheme replaces the limited but acclaimed 'Support with Confidence' Scheme that it owns and has operated since 2012.

Free for Local Authorities who become affiliates 

• A local directory of DBS and background checked PAs
• Support for self-employed, PAs employed by the person they care for, or PAs employed through their own micro-company
• All PAs carry digital ID with QR code so clients can check a workers membership status.
•  PA recruitment and training
• 9-5 support for Network Member PAs
• Local marketing of the Personal Assistants at Home scheme
• A job board for posting jobs to our qualified Network Member PAs
• An online job board for local clients to post job offers

Free for carers

• FREE registration for discounts, perks and benefits from 100's of suppliers
• Access to Free books and/or courses on Dementia, Hygiene, Medication Awareness, End of Life care
• Invitation to live webinars and online information sessions
