A client will often want to 'check you out' and will seek proof of Safeguarding DBS check, training that has been undertaken and references from clients. Our clever QR link allows a PA to show it to a client who can check that the member is an Active participant in the scheme. The QR is electronic and managed remotely by Action for People CIC therefore it is not possible for a person to 'pass themselves off' as a current member as the QR code can be cancelled remotely.
How do I we use a QR code?
The QR code is electronically generated and added to a digital ID card that can be downloaded too the Wallet on an iOS or Android phone. Alternatively the PA can print the QR code onto business cards. The QR is managed centrally and will flag a warning if scanned by a client if a personas Network Membership has been withdrawn or cancelled.
